IMMI Lortz Engineering Center

IMMI needed a space that would attract and retain new engineers coming out of Purdue University and other colleges. They were looking for a modern and clean environment that had the amenities their potential employees were finding at their local competitors. With a focus on employee well-being and efficiency, workstations with the ability to collaborate and communicate were essential. Areas for experimenting and layout out large products were interspersed in the space as well as several locations for both private meetings and open collaboration centers.
